Welcome to TelePlans.us. By using or accessing this website (the “Site”) and/or subscribing to any services or offers made available via the Site, you (“User”, “You”, or “Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase any product or service.

1. Definitions

  • “Service(s)” refers to any internet, cable TV, landline, or other telecommunications plans, packages, or services offered via TelePlans.us, including subscription, comparison, referral, or resale services.

  • “Account” means an account created by you on the Site to access certain features, order services or make purchases.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using this Site or ordering any Services through it, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms — including any referenced policies (e.g. Privacy Policy).

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our Services.

4. Services Offered & Ordering

  • TelePlans.us may offer Services in its capacity as a reseller, referral, or facilitator for third-party Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and Cable/TV providers in the U.S. region.

  • Service availability depends on your location. By placing an order you represent that address and contact information provided are accurate and complete.

  • Once you place an order, we may forward your request to a partner provider. Final provision of the Service is subject to acceptance by that provider.

5. Payments, Fees, and Charges

  • You agree to pay all fees, installation charges, subscription charges, taxes, and any other applicable charges associated with Services you order.

  • Unless stated otherwise, fees are billed monthly, in advance.

  • Late payment may result in additional charges, suspension, or termination of Services.

  • Any installation or one-time setup fee (for example, as per your business model) will be clearly disclosed before you complete the order.

6. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

  • You will be responsible for any use of Services under your Account.

  • You must not use the Services for any unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.

  • You agree to comply with any Acceptable Use Policy (or equivalent) defined by the actual provider of internet/TV services.

  • You are responsible for securing any passwords, account credentials, or devices used to access Services, and for notifying us if you suspect any unauthorized use.

7. No Warranty; Limitation of Liability

  • We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information on Service availability, pricing, and provider details. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, availability, or that all information is error-free.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, TelePlans.us provides the Site and Services “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties (express or implied) of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.

  • Under no circumstances will TelePlans.us (or its affiliates) be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Modification & Termination

  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Site or Services at any time, with or without notice.

  • We may update these Terms from time to time; the revised version will be effective when posted on the Site. Continued use of the Site after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

  • Either party may terminate your access to the Site or Services at any time. Upon termination, you remain liable for all amounts due up to that point.

  • All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, images, etc.) is the property of TelePlans.us or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from Site content except as explicitly permitted in writing by us.

10. Privacy & Data Use

Your use of the Site and Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy (linked separately). By using the Site you consent to data collection, processing, and use as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers & External Links

  • The Site may include links to third-party websites or ISPs. We do not control, endorse, or guarantee those third parties; you use them at your own risk.

  • References to third-party providers are for convenience only; any contractual relationship is between you and the actual service provider.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TelePlans.us, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses arising out of (i) your use of the Site or Services, (ii) your violation of these Terms, or (iii) any User Content you submit.

13. Governing Law, Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States (or the relevant state where the Service is provided), without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in a court (or arbitration, as you prefer) in the jurisdiction where TelePlans.us is registered or operates, unless otherwise agreed.

14. Miscellaneous

  • If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

  • No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.

  • These Terms (together with Privacy Policy and any order confirmation) constitute the entire agreement between you and TelePlans.us regarding use of the Site and Services.
